Happy Holidays, family and friends! We took a slight newsletter hiatus for the past couple months to get our new website up and running, but we are SO thrilled to be BACK with this monthly dose of creative goodness. RM. 19 is looking forward to a whole new year of projects, events, and building artist community, but first, join us on a look back at everything our collaborators have accomplished this year! WRAP!

Congrats to the cast and crews of Drunk Girl and Love in Process on jobs well done!!

Founders Jamie & Julia flew to NYC the first weekend of December for a short comedy film shoot directed by Jamie and written by creator/actors Cadence Lamb and Zora Vredeveld. We brought alllll the girly pop vibes to iconic queer bar Flaming Saddles, which generously donated their space, AND none of us caught a cold during the outside shoot on a train platform!! So, truly a success for everyone involved.

We can’t wait to show y’all how this feminist romp through the bowels of the girl’s bathroom at a club (yes we have a niche in case you didn’t notice) turns out<3 In the meantime, check out some of our behind-the-scenes photos from set!!

Earlier this fall, we ALSO wrapped on Love in Process, written and directed by Rey Tang. You can see Rey in the first project that we produced together, LDR, streaming on OTV and YouTube. Love in Process marks another fantastic shoot with lots of frequent collaborators! Peep them working hard behind-the-scenes of this heartwarming sapphic story about love, photography, and figuring out who you are.

2025 will include more events and meet-ups, more career development, and MORE elevating the intersectional voices of women in film.
